Winter chef-ing

Baby, it's cold outside, and in this house we have aprons (and wine glasses!) at the ready. A side dish of roasted root vegetables are coming together fragrantly. I'm putting off washing my hands after shredding rosemary and oregano and sage with my fingers. A grilled salmon was supposed to be the hero, but may end up as the supporting actress to these rooty babies. All are gathered in the kitchen to contribute!
